You will need stickers to get access to the estate at the Jubilee Gate and at the main gate at Night.Before you can get a car sticker for the Estate,you need to be a financial member,that is you must have paid the following levies and dues:

FEES

• Development and Transformer Fees : N50,000

MONTHLY DUES

• Flat              N1000 per Month
• Duplex         N2000 per Month

Then go to the CDAs Office, present your Vehicle Particulars (for Verification Purposes) and pay for the Sticker.

Each Sticker costs N1000

Prices varies for multiple stickers.
